CAPABILITIES

What we do, broadly.

Engagements rarely fit a single line item. Most sit somewhere across these four domains — and the work usually starts before it's clear which one matters most.

VSTUP 01

Market Entry

Entering the Czech Republic is straightforward on paper and rarely in practice. We work alongside leadership from the first serious conversation about the market through to a functioning local presence — shaping the entry model, sequencing the steps, and connecting you with the professionals each step requires.

The value isn't any single task. It's having someone on the ground who has seen the whole sequence before, knows where it stalls, and can tell you which parts of your playbook will survive the border crossing.

Fields of work Entry assessment · Localization strategy · Establishment support · Partner and vendor introductions · Stakeholder navigation

RŮST 02

Marketing & Growth

The Czech market is small enough to know personally and distinct enough to punish assumptions. Brands that arrive with a translated campaign tend to learn this expensively. We help shape how you show up — positioning, channels, language, and the local partners who execute well.

We don't run your campaigns. We make sure the people who do are the right ones, briefed correctly, measured honestly, and pointed at the version of your message this market will actually respond to.

Fields of work Market positioning · Channel strategy · Agency and partner selection · Brand localization · Demand and presence review

SYSTÉMY 03

Technology & Systems

Every operation stands on a stack of systems, vendors, and integrations — and a new market quietly adds local requirements to all of them. We advise on what to keep, what to adapt, and what to source locally, and we negotiate with Czech vendors in their own language, commercially and literally.

The mandate is deliberately vendor-neutral. We sell advice, not licenses, which keeps the recommendations honest.

Fields of work Technology assessment · Vendor selection and negotiation · Systems and integration advisory · Local compliance considerations · Implementation oversight

PROVOZ 04

Ongoing Operations

Market entry has an end date. Operating doesn't. For companies that keep us around, we act as a standing local counterpart — the person headquarters calls when something in the Czech operation needs a conversation rather than a ticket.

That can mean a quarterly review, an ad-hoc intervention, or simply knowing that someone with full context is an email away. The shape of it is yours to define.

Fields of work Standing advisory · Local representation · Vendor and partner management · Periodic operational review · Escalation support
